Animal mincer
Animal mincer is a series of photographs, which display the plastic animals I was bought when I was a child. I wanted to communicate various ideas around slaughter and over- farming.
The blue mincer alters and shifts ideas of scale, and we start to see the mincer as huge, forgetting that the animals are toys. There is a sense of the animals escaping from their fate. This allows us to feel optimistic.
